Transparent pricing for every stage of growth

A scored event is any API call that returns a trust score response. Calls to ingest behavioral events (using the SDK or event push endpoint) do not count toward your event quota. Only score requests that return a trust_score value in the response are billed.

On Starter and Growth plans, overage is billed at a per-event rate after the included quota is reached. We notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time mid-month and the higher quota applies immediately.

Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and include the 20% discount. Scale plans are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and typically involve a 12-month term.

Yes. Every new account includes a sandbox API key that returns simulated scoring responses using realistic signal patterns. Sandbox events do not count toward your quota and do not expire. We recommend building and testing your full integration in sandbox before switching to a live API key.

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months at the discounted rate shown. The annual rate is 20% lower than the equivalent monthly cost. You can switch from monthly to annual at any point and receive a prorated credit for remaining monthly prepayment.
